Samsonite Singapore strives to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. Delivery times may vary based on security checks, stock availability, payment processing, or logistics schueduling by our third-party logistics partner (3PL).
We offer free delivery across Singapore, excluding Jurong Island, Sentosa, Tuas, and PO boxes.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. During festive or peak periods, it may take longer.
Specific delivery dates or times cannot be arranged, as deliveries are scheduled by our 3PL provider.
Store pickup is currently not available.
We currently deliver only within Singapore.

After three failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Once received, it will be cancelled and refunded after quality checks are completed.
