Log in before checkout. On the checkout page, open the drop-down menu to view eligible vouchers. Select the voucher you wish to use, and it will be applied to your order.

For online purchases, your order confirmation email serves as proof of purchase - no registration required.
For in-store purchases, our staff will stamp your warranty card at checkout to validate it.

We are unable to confirm restock dates. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature on the product page to receive an email alert when the item is available again.

- Use another credit card
- Enter the OTP within the given timeframe
Pending transactions are typically released by the issuing bank within 7–10 working days.
