Returns & Exchanges

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges for different models, colours, or sizes are not available online. You may return the item and place a new order. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Eligible Returns:
    • Applicable only to purchases made on our official website.
    • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt for incorrect, defective, or change-of-mind returns (conditions apply).
  • General Return Conditions:
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition with packaging, proof of purchase, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
    • Packaging must be unmarked and undamaged, with all attached tags intact.
    • Items purchased as part of a set, bundle, or multi-item pack must be returned together with all included items (including any gifts with purchase or bonus items).
    • All returns will be reviewed by Samsonite Singapore, and we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
  • Change of Mind Returns:
    • Accepted within 7 days of receipt.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Items must meet the General Return Conditions stated above.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to determine eligibility for a remedy.
    • If a return does not meet the warranty conditions or shows signs of misuse, the claim may be rejected, and the item returned to you. Return shipping costs for rejected items will be borne by the customer.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Refunds and replacements are typically processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
    • Processing time may vary based on item type and return volume.
  • Other Conditions:
    • Any pending issues or requirements will be communicated via email.
    • Sales and promotional items are final and not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.
  • Complete the return form and email it to ecommerce.sg@samsonite.com. You will receive a Return Authorisation and further instructions within 3-5 business days.

    We will provide a new airway bill for your parcel. Our logstics partners will arrange collection from your delivery address.
