Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sales target of store
  • Ability in maintaining the tidiness of Store & kept the image of Samsonite
  • Ability to display & refresh all visual merchandising display according to Global Guidelines
  • Maintain good customer services
  • Handles customer feedbacks / complaints efficiently
  • Coordinates, liaises and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair)

Requirements

  • Lively, energetic, dynamic individuals
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Able and willingly to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Attend to user’s issue over the phone
  • Troubleshoot networking issues
  • Remote support via Teamviewer where possible
  • On-site support
  • Installation, setup and configuration of PCs, laptops and printers
  • Liaise with regional IT for software / patches update
  • Ad hoc support role on IT related issues

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Basic network server technologies (Sharepoint, FTP)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange
  • Implement and administer network devices (Router)
  • Good communication skills with positive working attitude

  • Possess a Class 2B license
